But in the long run this won't be profitable because there won't be any middle class...only mansions and shantytowns. Whatever they are building now will become those shantytowns as wages dry up and people have to live four to a house to survive... with everyone working in the house. A case of too much individualism creating necessity for collectivism? Eroding abortion rights will cause even more problems.
