What did Sheriff SHOAR know, and when did he know it about:
1. Abuses of power by City Manager WILLIAM B. HARRISS, including illegal acts?
2. Pollution by the CITY OF ST. AUGUSTINE?
3. Political chicanery involving developers and GEORGE McCLURE?
4. Corruption involving prior Sheriffs and Police Chiefs?
5. Intimidation of African-Americans in West Augustine, subject of a civil rights lawsuit?
6. Intimidation of lawyer Anne Marie Gennusa, subject of another civil rights lawsuit?
7. SAPD tackling of Marshall Burns into quadriplegia due to lax training and recruiting (subject of a $3.5 out of court settlement that cost St. Augustine taxpayers $1.5 million not covered by insurance)?
8. SJSO targeting Gays and Lesbians for abuse using the Organized Crime squad?
9. Intimidation of First Amendment protected activity?
10. Wasteful spending.
11. Refusal to take action regarding hate websites operated by bagman MICHAEL GOLD?
12. Possibly abusing the FBI to target developers' opponents, working hand-in-glove with developer lawyer GEORGE McCLURE?
