The Whole World Is Watching II

See Florida Health News and London Daily Mail

The world is watching St. Johns County this week in the wake of the New York Times/PBS Frontline stories on the death investigation bungled by our controversial St. Johns County Sheriff DAVID SHOAR.
Experts agree: ST. JOHNS COUNTY SHERIFF DAVID SHOAR should have immediately recused himself and the SJCSO ab initio from the moment e learned of the shooting death of his deputy's girlfriend.
Recusal was the ethical imperative.
Recusal is what our late Sheriff Neil Perry would have done, some people say.
I know that recusal is what the St. Augustine City Manager John Regan and Police Chief Loren Lueders would have done if the O'Connell shooting had occured in our City limits on September 2, 2010, rather than in a subdivision development home in St. Johns County).
Recusal is what any ethical law enforcement officer would have done.
Who among us would disagree?
What do you reckon?
