False Advertising by Deputy JEREMY BANKS' attorney, CLAUDE ROBERT McLEOD, II a/k/a "MAC McLEOD"

1. McLEOD claims to be a Deacon at Anastasia Baptist Church. But Anastasia Baptist Church pastor Walter West confirms that MAC McLEOD is "not an active deacon," and not on the deacon's list, and attends church rarely.
2. McLEOD claims to be a member of the "American Trial Lawyers Association (sic). The name of the organization was the Association of Trial Lawyers of America, but it changed its name to the American Association for Justice some seven (7) years ago. McLEOD is not a member of AAJ.
3. McLEOD claims to be a member of the Florida Association for Justice. A search of its website did not turn up his name.
