My answer: The St. Augustine National Historical Park and National Seashore Act of 2016. www.staugustgreen.com First proposed by Mayor Walter Fraser in 1939, it is an idea whose time has finally come, and just in the nick of time to save our city, our history, our coast and our culture and way of life.
