$1000 contribution from "helicopter pilot" MARK P. MINER raises eyebrows, election, ethics concerns

Married to a County Court Judge, LAUREN BLOCKER, appointed by Gov. Ron DeSantis in 2021, our controversial St. Johns County Commissioner JEREMIAH RAY BLOCKER (Republican-Ponte Vedra) has already raised more than $182.968 for his 2022 re-election campaign. 

Under oath, St. Johns County Commissioner JEREMIAH RAY BLOCKER reported his February 2022 re-election campaign contributions, including at least one somewhat facetious, incomplete, misleading or false job description.

Commissioner J.R. BLOCKER listed an odd job.description for the $1000 maximum contribution on February 18, 2022 from a highly-paid St Johns County Republican political patronage employee and former County Commissioner.

J.R. BLOCKER, a licensed lawyer and Florida National Guard J.A.G. Corps Major, listed the occupation of one $1000 contributor -- $135,179.20/year Chief Deputy St. Johns County CLERK MARK P. MINER --- as "HelicopterPilot" (sic).

Wonder why? 

So do I.

1. Would you please be so kind as to tell me why St. Johns County Commissioner Jeremiah Ray Blocker's campaign finance disclosure for February 2022 lists $1000 contributor Mark P. Miner's occupation as "Helicopter Pilot?" 

2. 3. Miner to our Supervisor of Elections

4. Please respond and correct the public record, nunc pro tunc, by close of business on March 11, 2022.
