"Republican Hall of Shame" nomination for an overpaid WJCT News NPR affiliate executive in Jacksonville, Florida for his egregious, unforced, uncorrected error in a live radio fundraising appeal at 7:20 am on Wednesday, March 22, 2023: thanking "Mr. Kroc," McDonald's founder, for NPR endowment of some $200 million. Called in to correct. No response. It was Ms. Joan Kroc, Ray Kroc's widow, not "Mr. Kroc." Ray Kroc was a right-winger; his widow was a liberal Democrat. That's "Ms. Kroc" to you, you dull white male chauvinist WJCT executives.
