On County Budget, "We, the People" Must Be Heard and Heeded

Seven (7) times St. Johns County voters rightly defeated a regressive "penny" sales tax increase in 2022, 2008, 2004, 1998, 1996, 1994, 1988.  We don't need a 15% sales tax increase.  Our one-party run corrupt County lacks adequate internal controls, resulting in $786,785 in  Sheriff's office embezzlement over five (5) years, and only a small $325,000 out of court settlement with malfeasant auditor.  Let's work together to ask questions, demand answers and expect democracy at upcoming TRIM public hearings, commencing September 5.
