LANDMARK THE HISTORIC 1953 MLK JAIL -- MONDAY, August 11, 2025 1:3O PM CRRB MEETING AT PERMIT BUILDING CONFERENCE ROOM 1
SJC County Administrator "JOY" ANDREWS, a/k/a "JUNYAO" ANDREWS, JESSE, DUNN, et al. must answer for their wasteful plan to destroy this historic building for "parking." "Developer paper "JOY" ANDREWS must testify answer questions and tetisfy under oath at the June 30, 2025 meeting of the Culturaln Resources Review Board at the St. Johns County Auditioriumn on June 30, 2025 at 1:30 PM, 500 Sebastian View, St. Johns County Auditorium, a/k.a "Taj Mahal."
William Kuntsler removed their 1000+ cases to the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida. Judge Bryan J. Simpson dismissed their criminal prosecutions. Corrupt KKK St. Johns County Sheriff LAWERENCE O. DAVIS violated our Constitution. He lost every single one of those cases. Corrupt SJC Sheriff LAERENCE O, DAVIS was later removed by Florida Governor Claude Kirk and Florida Senate for corruption.
We, the People of St. Johns County were already victimized by the demolition of the Monson Motel, where the largest mass arrest of Rabbis in America took place in 1964 on the day when wade-ins at the Monson Motel took place.
They were trespassing illegally on private property. They weren't paying for rooms. Then they jumped in the pool! He had every right to pour in the acid instead of jumping in and getting them out
County Administrator's indecent demand to demolish the historic MLK jail was indefensible, and evidence of the County staff's haeuer and hubristic hostility to historic preservation. False. The ladies and gentlemen who swam in the Monson pool were all invited guests of a Monson hotel guest. Their false arrests were a national scandal and a disgrace to our Nation. All of their false charges were dismissed by the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida, Bryan J. Simpson, for whom the U.S. Courthouse in Jacksonville is now named.
"Private property" is the trite trope of every angry apparatchik arachnid abuser in SJC, including those misguided souls whose foreign-funded corporations are defiantly destroying our nature, history and heritage. Please identify yourself,
Traditionally racist rebarbative retaliatory St. Johns County Administration actually applied for a demolition permit for the historic 1951 Jail, where MLK and 1000 other people were illegally incarcerated and tortured. It's time for JUNYAO "JOY" ANDREWS to go. She and her staff have delusions of adequacy. Enough flummery, dupery and nincompoopery from the likes of "JOY" ANDREWS.
Asbestos is no reason for demolition. Easily remediable. Building is structurally sound. In the 1980s, our Appalachian Observer newspaper helped lead Anderson County to remove asbestos from two junior high schools, complying with federal law. You're attempting to justify asbestos removal as a reason to demolish a civil rights landmark. That's not even a make-weight argument. It shows ignorance of the laws and facts. It is our civil rights landmark.
