"Bush's Brain," wicked evil Karl Rove, is leaving the White House at the end of this month. Is it time for St. Augustine City Manager WILLIAM B. HARRISS to quit?

Does HARRISS resemble NYC's Boss Tweed?

Is it time for the City's Tweed Ring eqiuvalent to resign en masse and let the voters pick leaders who will lead, instead of be led by speculator-developers?
