In secret, behind locked gates, our Nation's Oldest City dumped a landfill in a lake (Old City Reservoir), while emitting sewage in our rivers and salt marsh. LISTENING TO REP. JOHN MICA ON OFFSHORE OIL DRILLING IS LIKE PUTTING THE FOX IN CHARGE OF THE HENHOUSE
MICA's brother David runs the American Petroleum Institute's Florida affiliate. He's an oil lobbyist.
MICA's daughter, D'ANNE, runs a PR firm for oil and other interests.
