CITY OF ST. AUGUSTINE ADMITS TO INTERCONNECTIONS BETWEEN SEWER AND STORM SEWER

and says that five were removed last year. City Chief Operating Officer JOHN REGAN told City Commissioners Monday night that last year four interconnections were located and ended, and a fifth in "North City."
Presumably the first four were in Lincolnville and West Augustine, areas where the City's centuries of environmental racism are coming home to roost.
Citizens no longer tolerate sewage in our rivers and blatant racism from our City Manager, WILLIAM B. HARRISS.
