Those earmarks won MICA "Porker of the Month" for July from Citizens Against Government Waste.
After MICA head-butted the ABC News cameraman in St. Paul, any amount of money spent on campaigning would be a waste of money -- reminding people he is as lugubrious a goober as ever made a chair squeak, with a whiny voice and K Street values -- as insensitive and hostile a Congressman as ever embarassed the State of Florida.
