So in 2003, Mica said an airplane explosion would be inevitable. In 2006, he was utterly unconcerned and insouciant and lackadaiscal when an investigation by journalists revealed susceptability to bombs getting on board airplanes.

JOHN L. MICA is the top Republican (ranking minority member) of the House of Representative COmmittee on Transporation and Infrastructure.
