Congressman JOHN LUIGI MICA Doesn't Give a Fig About Putnam County

During the Orlando PBS debate between Faye Armitage and COngressman JOHN LUIGI MICA last October, MICA seemed to indicate he believed Palatka was in St. Johns County.

Now he's shown he doesn't know which parts of Palatka are in the 7th Congressional District, having admitted to receiving "waivers" for years to have his office outside the 7th Congressional District. See below.

Why on Earth would Congressman JOHN LUIGI MICA seek a waiver to do something like that? To whom does he think he's talking?

Up until now, MICA's office selection has shown a high marginal propensity for ugly strip malls.

So who owns the ugly strip malls?
