MAYOR JOE BOLES doesn't know anything more about Constitutional law than a hog. He writes wills and deals with deeds and trusts.
While he shined as a First Amendment protector on the Rainbow Flags on the Bridge of Lions, he stinks when he defends Philistine mercantalism -- korrupt kamikzse kapitalists (a/k/a KKK types) -- and their pet City Manager for Life (WILLIAM B. HARRISS) and his abuse of police to rid our City of artists and entertainers.
Most people like the artists and entertainers. Only those commercial property owners wan them defenestrated. Color them what they are -- dull Republican fascists. Led by the likes of LEN WEEKS (ex-Mayor and a client of JOSEPH LEROY BOLES, JR.), they think government exists to harass people.
Thus, it would be fair to say that MAYOR JOSEPH LEROY BOLES is (in the immortal wordds of John Randolph of Roanoke, "like a rotten mackerel by moonlight -- he both shines and stinks."
Focus on what this unfriendly Mayor BOLES has said not only to artists, musicians and entertainers, but to the reasonable expectations of probity of a free people:
St. Augustine Mayor JOSEPH LEROY BOLES, JR. "said if the city loses, another ordinance would be written to make the ban constitutional"
That's just like the segregationists who were constantly passing oppressive laws.
As St. Augustine himself said, "an unjust law is no law at all." Continuing to waste money passing oppressive laws and having them declared unconstitutional is againsdt the peace and dignity of the people of St. Augustine, Florida and the United States.
It's time for St. Augustine City Manager WILLIAM B. HARRISS to go away.

Thank you. I knew nothing of Boles until he took control of my naive, vulnerable, very ill mother's estate and is now squandering her money and my inheritance. He needs to know that people, not just his cronies down there, but people all over are watching him. He has crossed me, and I am on the warpath.
