In secret, behind locked gates, our Nation's Oldest City dumped a landfill in a lake (Old City Reservoir), while emitting sewage in our rivers and salt marsh. Organized citizens exposed and defeated pollution, racism and cronyism. We elected a new Mayor. We're transforming our City -- advanced citizenship. Ask questions. Make disclosures. Demand answers. Be involved. Expect democracy. Report and expose corruption. Smile! Help enact a St. Augustine National Park and Seashore. We shall overcome!

CITY OF ST. AUGUSTINE'S "CONTROL GAME" EXPOSED
JOHN REGAN, Assistant City Manager of the City of St. Augusdtine, with sewage "pipe" allowed to rot for years in Lincolnville, one of two environmental racism sites in the City of St. Augustine neglected for years in violation of the 14th Amendment.
How do you make Republican chicken? First you steal a chicken.
How do you make an activist chicken? See below.
The City of St. Augustine's control game is in full swing this Spring, with the City of St. Augustine's hey-boy, JOHN REGAN, and an unnamed Commissioner contacting a Lincolnville community leader and demanding the person keep secrets from the community.
Nice try, JOHN REGAN, but you and ERROL JONES (a/k/a ERRONEOUS JONES) have failed.
You have blood on your hands. The City's 14th and 15th Amendment violations can kill, whether in traffic accidents on Riberia Street or in lives ruined by disease from lack of sewer and water pipes in West Augustine.
JOHN REGAN fancies himself suave and debonair, moving in for the kill to swear citizen group leaders to secrecy, bringing them into his confidence, and promising change.
This is the same tired old tactic that the Department of Energy and its nuclear weapons plant contractors abused. See THE CONTROL GAME, below, with thanks to Paula Elofson and EIN.
