Former County Commission Chairman THOMAS G. MANUEL's motion granted, plea bargain deadline extended to July 30, 2009
United States District Judge Marcia Morales Howard yesterday extended the deadline for any plea bargain with former St. Johns County Commission Chairman THOMAS G. MANUEL to July 30th. Judge Marcia Morales Howard granted the oral motion by MANUEL's attorney.
The two-count federal bribery case of United States of America v. THOMAS G. MANUEL is set to be tried in August, 2009, before a federal jury presided over by Judge Marcia Morales Howard.
