City of St. Augustine Can't Create Misdemeanors, Ex Nihilo -- It's Unconstitutional

No response from the City of St. Augustine to State Attorney General Bill McCoillum's opinion (below) that says it is unconstitutional for cities and counties to create their own misdemeanor crimes.

City of St. Augustine ordinance 1-8 (and all ordinances based on it) are illegal.

How many hundreds of people have been illegally arrested for city-created crimes?

What will the Justice Department do about it?

What will the City Commission do about it?

What will the voters do about it?

See below.
