There is a spirit stalking Florida -- the spirit of desuetude, of nonenforcement, of inequality.

Just try getting the Florida Department of Law Enforcement, the St. Johns County Sheriff or the State's Attorney for St. Johns County to prosecute a white collar crime. They won't. They don't. They say "it's a civil matter," or other stupid things. They lack interest in prosecuting rich guys.
They are, as they say in Texas, "all hat and no cattle." Or in the case of SHERIFF DAVID SHOAR f/k/a "DAVID HOAR" and his pals' hate websites, "all hate and no compassion."

Desuetude has consequences. Desuetude kills workers. Desuetude kills babies and seniors killed by pollution. As my former boss, Senator Gary Warren Hart (D-Colo.) said in 1977, debating the Clean Air Act, "we're killing babies." How often do you hear a Republican say that?

Desuetude empowers the LYDIA CLADEKS of the world. See below. CLADEK (reported ex-wife of tree-killing, wetland-destroying "developer" ROBERT MICHAEL GRAUBARD) is NOW under FBI investigation involving defrauding 1300 investors out of some $200 million.

If the allegations are proved true, LYDIA CLADEK is a piker compared to the BERNARD MADOFFS of the world. NADOFF stole $50 billion from investors.

Republican criminals like RICHARD MILHOUS NIXON once claimed to support "law and order."

What liars.

NIXON, REAGAN and the BUSHES brought the world a white collar crime spree of massive proportions.

Under their "reign of ruin" -- with misfeasance, malfeasance, nonfeasance -- these sanctimoniously dull Republicans have gone all soft and squishy, refusing to enforce laws with equality, especially where corporations are involved.

These Republican thugs have done their darndest since RONALD WILSON REAGAN was President. Dirty air, dirty water, monopoly, stolen elections, fixed cases, inept journalism, lousy law enforcement5 and corrupt politics all work together. They are the Republican azgenda.

Republicans don't believe in law enforcement and they want corporations to be free of government regulation. They are social Darwinists and mean-spirited.

To those investors who were cheated by LYDIA CLADEK -- and there may be 1300 -- I have one word of advice -- two words actually -- VOTE DEMOCRATIC.

The nasty Repugs who allegedly stole your money are laughing all the way to the bank.

Many of you no doubt gave them campaign contributions.
