Controversial St. Augustine City Manager WILLIAM B. HARRISS is retiring. He will announce his retirement at the April 26, 2010 City Commission meeting. Here's looking forward to the biggest party in the history of the City of St. Augustine. Good riddance! Don't let the door hit you in the butt. Look forward to criminal investigations once you are no longer in a position to intimidate, chill, coerce and restrain whistleblowing by City staff.
