Bankruptcy Judge Orders Rule 2004 Examination of LYDIA CLADEK's Attorney, Francis Lilly
On May 12, 2010, Chief United States Bankruptcy Judge Paul M. Glenn of the Middle District of Florida granted Trustee Michael Phelan's motion to examine LYDIA CLADEK's attorney, Francis G. Lilly. The testimony of attorney Lilly will be taken on June 8, 2010 at the offices of Akerman Senterfitt in Jacksonville, Florida.
