How in the name of all that's holy can the Assistant County Administrator sit in judgment and order the judicial murder of a dog, based upon testimony by one of his own Code Enforcement officers -- who failed to supervise her five year old child who was playing in the street. This is another case of dumb and dumber.
The dog must be saved. The County Courthouse must be cleansed of rottenness.
