In secret, behind locked gates, our Nation's Oldest City dumped a landfill in a lake (Old City Reservoir), while emitting sewage in our rivers and salt marsh. Organized citizens exposed and defeated pollution, racism and cronyism. We elected a new Mayor. We're transforming our City -- advanced citizenship. Ask questions. Make disclosures. Demand answers. Be involved. Expect democracy. Report and expose corruption. Smile! Help enact a St. Augustine National Park and Seashore. We shall overcome!

FEC: Congressman JOHN LUIGI MICA Has $1,003,961 in cash on hand for re-election campaign as of March 31, 2010
That's more than $2.60 for every single person who voted for Congress here in the Seventh Congressional District 2008.
That's enough for JOHN LUIGI MICA to buy us each a couple of dollar meals at McDonalds (or enough for him to spend several hundreds of thousands of dollars on himself disguised as "meals with constituents" on his FEC reports).
There's dirty oil on the beaches in four states -- Florida, Mississippi, Louisiana and Mississippi -- thanks to JOHN LUIGI MICA.
And now Republican Representative Reprobate JOHN LUIGI MICA wants to buy himself re-election.
Vote on November 2 like your whole world depended on it.
