Orange County court records show prosecutors have opted not to continue pressing a drunk driving case against D'Anne Leigh Mica, the daughter of U.S. Rep. John Mica.
She was arrested in January in Winter Park.
Court records show she had pleaded not guilty and her lawyer was arguing to have the breathalyzer and any confessions stricken from the case.
Mica's opponents were using the arrest as fuel to criticize him. D'Anne Mica works as a public relations executive.
