On 11/01/11 Joaquin DeMoreta, Chairman, Government Accountability Committee member of THE SAINT AUGUSTINE TEA PARTY; with all due respect and within the best way to proceed, reports as follow:
1. Mr. Ed Slavin, Proposed the St. Augustine National Historical Park & National Seashore Act; the span for the Presentation and rebutted time, were 15 minutes.
2. Joaquin DeMoreta, responded, that the St. Augustine National Historical Park & National Seashore Act “NOTWITHSTANDING” because the petition, is contrary to our Constitution
3. Joaquin DeMoreta, exhibited the ongoing case of treason (CLK ID # 2010-0001) filed in Congress “IN THE UNITED STATES HOUSE REPRESENTATIVES COMMITTEE ON ETHICS” (See the document below)
4. The Board of County Commissioners were advise that each vote in favor to the St. Augustine National Historical Park & National Seashore Act, will be treated as treason; therefore the name of the Commissioner will be added to the list of Person (s) charged with treason in the case (CLK ID # 2010-0001)
5. Counsel, for the Board of County Commissioners, requested copy of the document for the Commissioners’ reviewed.
6. Gov. Accountability Committee, demanded to this Honorable St. Johns County Board of County Commissioners to DENIED WITH PREJUDICE the St. Augustine National Historical Park & National Seashore Act for “NOTWITHSTANDING”
7. The Board of County Commissioners; “DENIED UNANIMOUSLY” the Proposed presentation St. Augustine National Historical Park & National Seashore Act.

THE LAW
In accordance with the U S Constitution Article 6; Supremacy; This United States Constitution shall be the Supreme Law of the Land.
“This Constitution, and the Laws of the United States which shall be made in Pursuance thereof; and all Treaties made, or which shall be made, under the Authority of the United States, shall be the supreme Law of the Land; and the Judges in every State shall be bound thereby, any Thing in the Constitution or Laws of any State to the Contrary notwithstanding.”
In compliance with the U S Constitution Article 6 Oaths; The Senators and Representatives, and all executive and judicial Officers, of the United States, shall be bound by Oath or Affirmation, to support this Constitution.
“The Senators and Representatives before mentioned, and the Members of the several State Legislatures, and all executive and judicial Officers, both of the United States and of the several States, shall be bound by Oath or Affirmation, to support this Constitution; but no religious Test shall ever be required as a Qualification to any Office or public Trust under the United States.”
In conformance with U S Constitution Article 2 (4) Disqualification; The President, Vice President and all civil Officers of the United States, shall be removed from Office on Impeachment for, and Conviction of, Treason, Bribery, or other high Crimes and Misdemeanors;
In obedience with the Amendment 5 Trial and Punishment, Compensation for Takings; No person shall be deprived of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor shall private property be taken for public use, without just compensation;
In Pursuance with the Amendment 6 Right to Speedy Trial, Confrontation of Witnesses
; In all criminal prosecutions, the accused shall enjoy the right to a speedy and public trial, by an impartial jury, to be confronted with the witnesses against him;
In Ordinance with the Amendment 7 Trial by Jury in Civil Cases; In Suits at common law, where the value in controversy shall exceed twenty dollars, the right of trial by jury shall be preserved;
In allegiance with the Amendment 14 Citizenship Rights; Section (1) Nor shall any State deprive any person of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor deny to any person within its jurisdiction the equal protection of the laws.
Section (3) No person shall be a Senator or Representative in Congress, or elector of President and Vice-President, or hold any office, civil or military, under the United States, or under any State, who, having previously taken an oath, as a member of Congress, or as an officer of the United States, or as a member of any State legislature, or as an executive or judicial officer of any State, to support the Constitution of the United States, shall have engaged in insurrection or rebellion against the same (U.S. Constitution), or given aid or comfort to the enemies thereof. But Congress may by a vote of two-thirds of each House, remove such disability.
Section (5) The Congress shall have power to enforce, by appropriate legislation, the provisions of this article

Petitioner, Joaquin DeMoreta, demand to this Honorable St. Johns County Board of County Commissioners to DENIED WITH PREJUDICE the proposed St. Augustine National Historical Park & National Seashore Act for “NOTWITHSTANDING” within: “We the People of the United States, in Order to form a more perfect (split) our Union, establish (injustice not) Justice, insure domestic (disturbance not) Tranquility, provide for the common (attacks in an aggressive action our) defense, promote the general (sorrow, sadness) not Welfare, and secure the Blessings of (Tyranny not) Liberty to ourselves and our Posterity, therefore St. Augustine National Historical Park & National Seashore Act ordain and establish this Constitution for the United States of America shall stand.
