Indiana and Utah

A federal court in Indiana and a federal appeals court in Denver have struck down anti-Gay marriage laws in Indiana and Utah. Viva!

Another problem solved. Honored to be asked to write the first ABA publication article on Gay marriage after winning of equal spousal discount rights by litigation and settlement in Duane David Rinde v Woodward & Lothrop. See Edward A. Slavin, Jr, "What Makes A Marriage Legal -- Here is the Case for Legalizing Gay Relationships," 18 American Bar Association Human Rights Quarterly 16 (1991). Venceremos!
