Controversial Former St. Augustine City Manager WILLIAM BRUCE HARRISS Contributes $200 to Mayor JOSEPH LESTER BOLES, JR. Re-election campaign

Controversial former St. Augustine City Manager WILLIAM BRUCE HARRISS has contributed $200 to the re-election campaign of Mayor JOSEPH LESTER BOLES, JR. HARRISS works for St. Johns County Sheriff DAVID BERNARD SHOAR, running his St. Johns County Sheriff's Office Four Star Association, Inc. in addition to receiving $108,000/year in retirement benefits. Governor RICHARD SCOTT has named both SHOAR and HARRISS to serve on the Florida CRIMINAL Justice Standards and Training Commission, with HARRISS named as the only "citizen" member of the Commission, even though he works for SJCSO and two statutes would appear to prohibit this. BELIEVE IT OR NOT!
