IN HAEC VERBA: Letter to SABPD Chief ROBERT HARDWICK re: "Too many Open Records requests"

Dear Bobby:
1. WHO SAID YOU COULD NOT TALK about Michelle's case? You told a citizen it was "suicide." Your SAO7 investigation suggested otherwise. Please explain.
2. Who from which other "governmental entities in St. Johns County" said I made "too many" Open Records requests?
3. What do you mean but that? What did they mean by that? Please provide any legal authority for this ukase.
4. Please provide meeting minutes, desk calendar notations, notes, memos, etc. on all such meetings, including locations, dates and times where you discussed my making "too many" requests.
5. Is there a legal authority for such conclusion?
6. Or is this a subjective standard, like the Vienna emperor and court composer who said in 1782, recounted in the movie "Amadeus," that one of Mozart's operas had "too many notes?"
7. Who are you to judge? Who are they to judge? What gives you and other government officials standing to complain that a citizen makes "too many Open Records requests?" It seems like you are thin-skinned, as the St. Augustine Record rightly editorialized on November 19, 2006.
8. Your "too many Open Records requests" remark indicate an overt desire to chill, coerce and retrain protected activity in violation of the First and Ninth Amendments and Article I, Section 24 of the Florida Constitution. This violates my civil rights. 42 U.S.C. 1983.
9. Please cease and desist and apologize. Now.
10. Please see your quotes at http://cleanupcityofstaugustine.blogspot.com/2014/07/why-do-heathen-rage-why-do-whiners.html I await your answers.
Thank you.
With kindest regards,
Ed Slavin
