Still Waiting II

Still waiting for St. Johns County County Attorney PATRICK McCORMACK to keep his March 2013 promise to replace the two illegal, non-ADA compliant ATMs at our County Amphitheater.
There was neither an RFP (Request for Proposal) nor a contract for the $3 ATMs, the cheesy kind found in mini-marts.
The two ATMS are illegal.
St. Johns County government is run by incompetents and worse.
The two illegal ATMs at the St. Augustine Amphitheater continue to illegally overcharge residents and customers of the Farmer's Market and Amphitheater.
They are not accessible by our considerable deaf and blind population, here in St. Augustine, which is the home of the FLorida School for the Deaf and Blind.
St. Johns County PATRICK McCORMACK, keep your promises, please!
The whole county is watching.
As the New York Times' November 24, 2013 article (front page and four inside pages) proved, the whole world is watching, too.
We know St. Johns County is legendarily corrupt, and so does anyone who reads the New York Times or views the PBS Frontline and NBC News Dateline stories.
Keep your promises, PATRICK McORMACK!
In the meantime, issue refunds and apologize for your works and pomps and empty promises.
