City Misses Another Deadline

I offered to help the City of St. Augustine apply for National Park Service technical assistance for the visioning process and to cope with global ocean level rise at the Castillo de San Marco National Monument, which badly needs a modern seawall. Our City Manager, John Patrick Regan, P.E., was enthusiastic. Yet the city staff under him never called me to help write the application. Wonder why? Ask Paul Williamson, our City's estimable Public Affairs Director, who was unfortunately tasked with the application by our City Manager and couldn't be bothered to do his job.
