2. Expect OSHA to investigate him and fine him for endangering workers?
3. Expect him to resign from the Parking and Traffic Committee?
4. Expect him to resign from the St. Augustine Visioning Committee?
5. Expect his insurance companies to deny coverage and file declaratory judgement lawsuits?
6. Expect his no-bid lease for 81 St. George Street with soon-to-be-ex-Mayor JOE BOLES to be investigated?
7. Expect his architect, wife and children to behave like cretins in response to First Amendment protected activity?
8. Expect all his works and pomps, including unconstitutional criminalization of art and music, to be undone?

10. Expect all future demolition proposals by speculators and Flagler College to get the gimlet eye?

The rogue government of Saint Augustine, that has empowered itself by an incessant pattern and practice of usurping the rule of law to gang rape the resident citizens for selfish gain, gently slaps the back of the hand one of its own.
EXPECT more of the same with the attendant intensified increase in crime, chaos and decrease in quality of life.
No victory, no justice here — only more mockery of the now blatantly scam two tier 'rule of law'.
As thorough as you are, I'm sure you've contacted the Florida Bureau of Professional Regulation (BPR) to address construction licensing issues.
Len lied, and then he lied some more. Why not just admit you took advantage, blundered ahead, and ended with a massive 450th signature event clusterfuck?
His pals on Code Enforcement (except the honorable chair) wanted Len to remain pure and part of high society, so he was let off easy.
Watch him appeal his fine to the city commission. "I didn't do anything wrong!"
He'd have us think he is a blessing to downtown -- that his many works were altruistic, not for profit.
