You left out the 'gang rape events division' (a front for concert promoter welfare queens (who couldn't make it in the real world) sucking on the public teats and that should be disbanded!). This scam needs some 'believer in the system' investigation ED — especially the salaries we pay these parasites and the affiliation to the state alcohol and tobacco cartel and the AFT goon squad cops.
