I offered the ever-forgetful City Manager JOHN PATRICK REGAN, P.E. to serve on a HUD Community Development Block Grant task force: as usual, REGAN never got back to me.
The committee was offered no alternatives to City plans of what to do with $750,000 for a Block Grant it was seeking.
The committee may have violated Sunshine laws.
I also offered to help on an Affirmative Task Force; as usual REGAN never got back to me.
