450th Flummery, Dupery and Nincompoopery Requires Audit, Compliance Review, and Civil, Criminal and Administrative Investigations

One of them is a lawyer.

One of them is a CPA.

Have both of them breached the applicable standard of care of their respective professions by not wanting to know how public funds are spent and whether contracts have been breached or poorly written?

If it takes a court order, a recall election, or disciplinary complaints, concerns about 450th dishonesty will be investigated.
