ALL WHITE ROTARY CLUB MEETS AT COUNCIL ON AGING: What are COA policies on all-white clubs?

I have filed Request No. 2015-275, asking the COA about its policies.

1. Please send documents on COA non-discrimination policies and enforcement.
2. Please include any discussion with Sunshine Rotary Club about its membership being all-white and, "Why?"
3. Please discuss with Sunshine Rotary Club the need to stop excluding people with "blackballs," resulting in a non-diverse all-white membership.
4. Please ask Rotary International for a copy of its membership policies.
