Louisiana Coastal Protection and Restoration Authority A Model for St. Augustine and Florida?

Here's a possible model for coping with St. Augustine flooding and coastal erosion. Check out; http://coastal.la.gov  Louisiana is working on a 50 year effort to restore its coast.
