Sunshine Violation HALTED, Illegal Meeting CANCELLED: Commissioners Reschedule "Team Building" Training to October 1, 2015, WIth Proper Notice and Videotaping

Commissioners agreed to reschedule the "Team Building" training that TODD NEVILLE demanded, which was set by City staff without proper notice, a violation of Florida's Sunshine law. Two of the Commissioners (NANCY SIKES-KLINE and LEANNA FREEMAN) wanted to cancel the training altogether as lacking any useful purpose (as I indicated in my e-mail of September 12, 2015)(see below. Interesting times.

1. Thank you for canceling the illegal September 17, 2015 meeting and for rescheduling it to October 1, 2015 with proper notice and video-archiving.
2. Please make the meeting available on cable tv and live streaming video.
3. Please cease and desist from all further Sunshine violations.
4. Please respond to Request No. 2015-335.
