It may be windy and cold outside, and our top two City managers may be uncouth and unkind and unhelpful, but I would not live anywhere else. We're making progress here in St. Augustine, the city that the Rev. Martin Luther King, Jr. called "the most lawless in America," where the largest mass arrest of rabbis in America took place on our Bayfront.
