"Technical difficulties" or gross mismanagement?

Technical difficulties are preventing the live streaming or the later on-demand service of the meeting of the Historic Architectural Review Board held this afternoon. We apologize for the interruption; technicians are currently addressing the issues.

Once again, a St. Augustine City meeting is not being broadcast live due to "technical difficulties." This time, it's the Historic Architectural Review Board, with four demolitions (one "after the fact) and other favors for developers on the agenda, including tax relief for DOW PUD speculator DAVID BARTON CORNEAL.
Technical difficulties?
Does anyone belief that any longer?
How many times has our mismanaged all-white City Hall top management claimed "technical difficulties" since the year 2000? We've lost count. Dozens?
Calling to inquire, I was kept on hold by City Manager JOHN REGAN's office for 29 minutes, with his secretary never telling him I was on hold, and then his secretary yelled at me and hanging up the telephone when I questioned her rudeness in not informing him that I was on hold. REGAN describes her as an "air traffic controller."
Hardly.
"Technical difficulties?"
What "technical difficulties?"
Oh, really?

Rev. Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. called this "the most lawless City in America" by June 11, 1964 letter. He was right.  Next year, we get to elect new Commissioners in two cities, the County, as well as other local public officials.  Enough waste, fraud, abuse, misfeasance, malfeasance, nonfeasance, flummery, dupery and nincompoopery.
