City Attorney Favors UBER: Not Exempt, Why Is She Showing Favoritism?
On City Attorney ISABELLE CHRISTINE LOPEZ showed favoritism in stating UBER drivers don't require "medallions." She is wrong.
Why? It is apparent that the current city attorney is incompetent, that's why.
