Zika Mosquito-Borne Virus: How Prepared Is America?

There's a mosquito-borne disease, the Zika virus, that is devastating infants and causing brain damage paralysis in Brazil and elsewhere.
There is no treatment and no vaccine.
Thare now three human cases in New York State.
How prepared is America to detect this mosquito-borne virus and to eradicate this disease? Our current chicken-sticking bloodworm technology can't identify when Zika virus is present in mosquitos.
The World Health Organization is concerned enough that this "explosively" spreading virus might become a global pandemic that it is meeting Monday and may declare an emergency. Read more here:
