Vested Wedding Rights on Consent Agenda, City of St. Augustine, Monday, April 25, 2016

These event venues seek vested rights to hold weddings and other special events. Is listed size accurate in all cases? Did CIty notify neighbors adequately? Why did City amend ordinance to delete records-sharing requirement? Why did no one file for vested rights until City dropped the requirement. City staff lacks candor. Sounds dodgy. Bears watching.
