Four Ethics Complaints Filed Against O'BRIEN, SAMUELS, SAB Mayor and ex-Mayor

Last month, City of St. Augustine Beach Mayor RICHARD O'BRIEN and Commissioner and ex-Mayor ANDREA SAMUELS challenged citizen Thomas F. Reynolds to file ethics complaints if he believed they did anything wrong, extolling our Florida Ethics Commission.
So last night, Mr. Reynolds eloquently responded: he did.
Four of them, two against each of them, alleging official misconduct.
Mr. Reynolds showed the sworn, verified complaints on live and streaming television.
It was awesome.
No response from Mayor O'BRIEN and Commissioner and ex-Mayor SAMUELS.
The terms of both expire later this year.
SAMUELS is running for re-election.
O'BRIEN has not announced his plans yet.
