RLANDO, FL (March 26, 2014) Littlejohn (Littlejohn) has acquired the Orlando planning firm of Kramer and Little. This acquisition will allow Littlejohn to further strengthen its planning capabilities in Central Florida. While the staff of both firms has had a history of working together, this event opens new and exciting opportunities to broaden Littlejohn’s client base and to better serve our respective clients, especially with the quality leadership demonstrated by George Kramer.
Mr. Kramer owner of Kramer and Little and a third generation planner, has joined Littlejohn as the Director of Planning and will lead the firm’s Planning Group. George brings substantial experience to Littlejohn which will significantly broaden the Planning Group’s reach and expand its markets. “I am very excited to be associated with a larger and well respected firm” said George Kramer. “This will allow me to serve my clients in a more comprehensive way with a planning team that has talented individuals focused on a number of key aspects of our field. Littlejohn’s multi-disciplined approach is a real win-win for clients as it allows the optimum abilities in collaboration and delivery of our services.” We look forward to continuing to work for our significant clients that we have enjoyed serving on a regular basis. Lennie Arnold, Littlejohn’s Principal and Florida Regional Manager added: “We particularly see George’s experience and leadership in urban infill work as a real plus for our clients and prospective clients who wrestle with challenges of optimizing uses and strategies for those projects. We are extremely excited about the opportunities that this brings to our Central Florida Operations.”
“Our firm is always seeking ways to broaden the range of services our clients depend upon. One way we can respond to our clients' growing needs is to find talented professionals, like George, to fill leadership positions in the firm.
