SABCA Alcohol Consumption in City Hall

Citizen Thomas F. Reynolds, Jr. has filed six Ethics Commission complaints against St. Augustine Beach Mayor RICHARD O'BRIEN and ex-Mayor and Commissioner ANDREA SAMUELS, including twin complaints about their allowing the St. Augustine Beach Civic Association consuming alcohol in City Hall, including alleged drinking of alcoholic beverages by underage minors. On July 11th, Mr. Reynolds told Commissioners that their actions must halt, filing a complaint with St. Augustine Police Chief Robert Hardwick and issuing a cease and desist letter to Commission.
