Early voting starts tomorrow. If you want to change the culture in City Hall that produces offensive signs like this one in a PUBLIC SPACE and prosecutes artists, re-elect the Mayor and vote in Rathbone and Stafford.
Until the City Manager, the City Attorney and the city staff get different direction from the Commission, they will keep on doing what they're doing.
