Like RICHARD MILHOUS NIXON on election night 1960, failed mayoral candidate KRISTENE PHILLIPS never bothered to call to congratulate the successful candidate, Mayor Nancy Shaver.

Will she join equally jejune and unqualifed candidates working for a crazy president?
