Should the House UnAmerican Activities Committee be revived, as former Speaker of the U.S. House of Representatives, NEWTON LEROY GINGRICH, Ph.D., disgraced former Georgia Congressman, has suggested? What do you reckon? What is to be done?



Yes. Disgraced former Speaker of the House NEWTON LEROY GINGRICH, Ph.D. a/k/a NEWT GINGRICH, said this week he wants to re-establish the House UnAmerican Activities Committee.

In 1946, my late friend and mentor, Wm. Stetson Kennedy, who infiltrated the KKK and lived to write about it, put on KKK robes in a Washington, D.C. cab and arrived at the offices of HUAC, asking them to investigate the KKK, something which HUAC would never do, having been founded by the likes of MARTIN DIES, JR.


WILLIAM STETSON KENNEDY knew what to do with bigots -- investigate them and expose them. Some of his books were published by French philosopher Jean Paul-Sartre in Paris, where Stetson lived for several years when things got hot in Northeast Florida.  His KKK robes are in the Smithsonian, where they belong (Sandra Parks-Kennedy with some of Stetson's robes):

Should NEWT GINGRICH's crazy plan be hatched to revive HUAC, what is to he done?

Former St. Johns County Commission Chair Ben Rich, Sr. told Folio Weekly in 2008 that St. Johns County is "one of the last bastions of the Ku Klux Klan."  Stetson Kennedy told me all the local KKK members here became Republicans.

If HUAC is revived, in Stetson  Kennedy's memory, we should ask HUAC to investigate UnAmerican activities by NEWT GINGRICH as well as Flagler College Professor JOE SAVIAK, Ph.D., ERIC WEST, KRIS PHILLIPS, MARTIN MILLER, WILLIAM KORACH, DOUG RUSSO, GARY HOWELL, ROBERT THORNTON SMITH, State's Attorney RALPH JOSEPH LARIZZA, Sheriff DAVID SHOAR f/k/a "HOAR" and the local "basket of deplorables" here in St. Johns County -- racist, sexist, misognyist homophobes, developer toadies and unkind, uncouth, uncivil coverup artists -- misguided misanthropes who know not that they know not that they know not -- or in Kipling's words, "lesser breeds without the law."

We could start with MARTIN MILLER, Greater St. Augustine Republican Club President, who called disgraceful defeated mayoral candidate KRIS' PHILLIPS' Hate Radio Station WFOY on June 13, 2016, opining that 49 Gays murdered in Orlando "got what they deserved."

Then GOP BOB SMITH, who in 2016 recruited five (5) sham "write-in" candidates to run for local offices, closing "universal primaries" for Sheriff, Court Clerk and two of three Commissioners. In 2012, SMITH wrote a bad check for $3700 for GINGRICH signs, resulting in a criminal investigation, from which State's Attorney RALPH JOSEPH LARIZZA recused himself, resulting in appointment of another dull Republican as a special prosecutor. LARIZZA recused himself because SMITH is his former employee and campaign worker. GINGRICH carried most of North Florida, particularly strong in KKK counties documented by Stetson Kennedy, et al.

Then our corrupt developer puppet St. Johns County political boss, Sheriff DAVID SHOAR, f/k/a "HOAR," investigating his civil rights violations, torts, crimes and coverups -- all of his dastardly works and pomps.

A hearing on UnAmerican activities in St. Johns County would go a long way toward solving the problems of developer domination of our government, using arachnid apparatchiks' authoritarian appeals to bigotry, prejudice and hatred here, among people whom Stetson Kennnedy's friend, folk singer Woodie Guthrie, might call "stoolies, gooners, [ph]onies, racehaters, pinkybaiters, deadbrainers and fraidy cats."
