In secret, behind locked gates, our Nation's Oldest City dumped a landfill in a lake (Old City Reservoir), while emitting sewage in our rivers and salt marsh. Organized citizens exposed and defeated pollution, racism and cronyism. We elected a new Mayor. We're transforming our City -- advanced citizenship. Ask questions. Make disclosures. Demand answers. Fifteenth Amendment ratification anniversary

Today marks the anniversary of the ratification of the Fifteenth Amendment, which states:

In 1989, I helped persuade the Justice Department to sue Memphis, ending racist annexations that violated the Fifteenth Amendment. In 2005, I helped halt unconstitutional residential annexations by the City of St. Augustine, Florida.

We SHALL overcome.

It is a useless amendment when amendment 1 is ignored as it is here in Saint Augustine.

What good is the right to vote when your FREE SPEECH is prevented by a hijacked government?

The 'rule of law' without honest and equal enforcement is hopey changey ruse trash.
